Vegan Cashew cheese dressing

*Vegan *Gluten Free *Refined Sugar Free

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups raw cashews. Soaked overnight.
  • Fresh lemon juice.
  • ¾ cup water.
  • 1½ tsp. sea salt.
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast.
  • ½ clove garlic.
  • Pinch of paprika.
  • 1 tbsp tahini.
  • Pinch of Black pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add more water for your desired texture. I make my thinner sometimes to be dressing and thicker to be a dip!
