Ingredients: Bok Choy with Soba Noodle

Serve 4 people

Direction: 
  1. Clean the shitake mushroom and cut into small pieces
  2. Wash and cut the bok choy into small pieces
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes
  4. Brown the onion in olive oil, add the shitake mushroom, bok choy, tofu and soya sauce
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. In a separate pot, boil the soba noodle until soft and cooked, drain the water
  7. When the vegetable is cooked, add the noodle and mix well together
