Bok Choy with Soba Noodle

- Shitake mushroom (1 packet)
- Bok Choy (500 gr)
- Soba Noodle (200 gr)
- Tofu (firm, 200 gr)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Onion (1)
- Soya sauce (2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper
Serve 4 people
Direction:- Clean the shitake mushroom and cut into small pieces
- Wash and cut the bok choy into small pieces
- Cut the tofu into cubes
- Brown the onion in olive oil, add the shitake mushroom, bok choy, tofu and soya sauce
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- In a separate pot, boil the soba noodle until soft and cooked, drain the water
- When the vegetable is cooked, add the noodle and mix well together
