Chocolate Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:
- Avocado 3
- Cacao powder 150 gr
- Himalayan salt 2/3 tsp (5gr)
- Coconut cream 400ml
- Raw Sugar 150 gr (or 1 tsp Stevia powdered extract)
- Vanilla extract 15 ml (3 tsp)
- Cider vinegar 10ml (2 tsp)
- Strawberries 3 punnet (750gr)
- Put cacao, coconut cream, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and cider vinegar into blender and blend until smooth.
- Add avocado and blend until smooth.Use the tamper to help the blending. Add water if it’s too hard to blend, but not so much that the mousse is runny.
- Wash, top and halve the strawberriesLayer mousse and strawberries in dessert glasses. Preferably chill before serving.
- Please note: these quantities are based on the use of a Vita-Mix blender. Reduce by 1/3 for conventional blender.
